In this workshop you’ll learn why handstands are so beneficial in building a stronger body/mind, and you’ll learn how to safely progress your hand-balancing skills and have fun in the process.
We’ll cover the basics of body positioning, how to get upside down, how to bail safely and how to find the “zero point” for your handstand.
