FitLab offers small group training, private training, special programs and workshops and nutrition coaching. We’re committed to improving the quality of your life through movement and nutrition. Our goal is to educate and empower you for success inside and outside the “Lab.”
Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 people to allow for more personalized instruction. Please pre-register to reserve your spot prior to arrival using our online system or by giving us a call.
All membership plans are billed on a monthly basis and require a 6-month commitment (12-month commitment earns a 10% discount). All sessions must be used within a 30-day period.
