As an avid exercise and health enthusiast for the past 25 years, Ben’s goal is to share his experience and knowledge with others to help them enhance their quality of life.
Before changing careers, he served as a business analyst with Volvo applying his MBA degree in a variety of roles including profitability analysis and market research. Now he uses his analytical skills and insight of risk vs. reward and return on investment as it pertains to the wellbeing of his clients.
Ben’s Thoughts on Exercise:
Exercise is meant to feel energizing, confidence boosting, and fun yet challenging. It needs to be customized to each individual.
Exercise is about taking personal responsibility and committing to a sustainable plan for life. I have experienced first-hand fitness trends/fads that are too hard, too fast, too soon leading to pain or worse…injury.
Exercise needs to be approached from the inside-out. This requires a deep understanding of what is happening inside the body before, during and after exercise. Focus on the rules of force and how they are applied to the rules of the body.
